Barhi Dates

The Barhi date has very appealing taste which is loved by date connoisseurs. This date is large and round and varies from light amber to dark brown when ripe.  This date is soft, with thick flesh and has a rich flavor and is superb in quality. When picked in their yellow state, they are referred to as Khalal; they taste semi-sweet and are as crisp as apples. Fresh Barhi dates are ideal when eaten well chilled.
